FERGUSON LODGE  NEW RESIDENCE – LIDCOMBE
 
Ferguson Lodge, located at Lidcombe, provides permanent and respite accommodation for people with a spinal cord injury.  Having recently moved to a new residence, ParaQuad is seeking motivated additional part time and casual Personal  Care Assistants to join our team who enjoy, flexible rostering and a strong focus on professional development.

Successful candidates ideally will have:
• some work experience in disability or similar residential based work;
• understanding of what is involved in providing personal care;
• a willingness to be trained in all aspects of care provision;
• ability to follow written and verbal directions;
• demonstrated ability to work in a team, and independently;
• ability to work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
